Yes, you can! Heallist allows practitioners to create a custom profile URL so your clients can easily access and share your booking page. You can set your unique link during sign-up or change it later in your account settings.
That said, we recommend avoiding frequent changes to your URL. Changing your link may temporarily impact your page’s search engine visibility (SEO). Don’t worry, though—Heallist automatically redirects your old links, so existing connections (including services and external shares) will continue to work seamlessly.
Setting Your Custom Profile URL During Sign-Up
When creating your Heallist account:
-
Go to Heallist Sign-Up and choose Healer.
-
To complete your setup, you’ll see a field for your Profile URL.
-
Enter your desired name — only the part that comes after the default link:
app.heallist.com/p/
For example:-
Your chosen input: stacyheals
-
Final URL: app.heallist.com/p/stacyheals
-
-
Finish signing up and verification—your custom URL will automatically be linked to your profile.
Changing Your Profile URL Later
If you’d like to update your URL after signing up:
-
Log in to your Heallist profile.
-
On the top right menu, tap on Settings.

-
Under Profile URL, you can edit the portion after
app.heallist.com/p/.
-
Click Save Changes.
Your new URL will become active right away. All previous links (including those shared with clients or embedded in other sites) will automatically redirect to your updated profile, ensuring smooth continuity.
Important Note
While Heallist safely redirects old URLs, we recommend changing your profile link only when truly necessary (for example, rebranding or updating your business name) to avoid short-term SEO fluctuations.
