At this time, Heallist does not support separate family or child accounts. Each account must belong to an individual user who is 18 years of age or older.
Current limitations

Heallist accounts can only be created and managed by adults (18+).

There is currently no feature to link multiple child profiles or sub-accounts under a parent’s account.

All payments and bookings must be made through the parent’s (adult’s) account.
How to book for children
Parents or legal guardians can book sessions on behalf of their children using their own Heallist account.
When doing so, please include the child’s name and age in the “Booking Notes” section so the practitioner knows who the session is for.
Example:
“Booking for my daughter, age 9.”
Practitioners can then prepare appropriately for the session while maintaining compliance with our platform’s policies.
Please note that all sessions booked for minors are the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian, and Heallist does not directly supervise or vet services for suitability for children.
Important
Creating separate accounts for minors or attempting to list children as clients under individual profiles is not permitted.
Future updates may include enhanced family booking options, but for now, all bookings should be made under one verified adult account.
