All bookings on Heallist require practitioner approval. This means clients can request an appointment, but it will only be confirmed once you manually approve it. This system ensures practitioners have full control over their schedule and can review bookings before committing to a session.
To manage your booking requests:
- Navigate to your Bookings page.
- Review pending appointment requests.
- Click Confirm or Decline if necessary.
