You can list only one primary location on your Heallist profile. However, for each service, you can set different service locations to reflect where the offering is available.
To help clients find your services more easily, we recommend also highlighting the service location either in the service name or in the description (e.g., "Sound Healing – New York" or "Available in New York, monthly").
This improves searchability and ensures clients know where and when they can book with you.
To set the location for your 1:1 sessions:
- Go to your Profile page.
- To add a new service, click “+ Add service.”
To update an existing one, click the three-dot menu next to the service and select Edit. - Scroll down to the Location and Platform section.
- Choose from the following options:
- Virtual – Heallist (via built-in platform)
- Virtual – Zoom
- Virtual – Phone
- Virtual – Other (manual link)
- In-person – Enter your in-person location address.
If you offer this service in multiple in-person locations, include the specific area in your service title or description to help clients easily identify it.
