Can I list my plant medicine services on Heallist?

Plant medicine or psychedelic services involving controlled substances are not permitted on Heallist due to legal and payment processing restrictions.

At this time, plant medicine or psychedelic services cannot be listed or promoted on Heallist.

This includes any offerings that involve, facilitate, or reference the use, sourcing, or administration of controlled substances (such as ayahuasca, psilocybin, San Pedro, kambo, LSD, MDMA, or similar). These services are strictly prohibited on the platform regardless of local decriminalization status or ceremonial context.

In addition to legal compliance, our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) expressly prohibit transactions related to plant medicine and psychedelics. As a result, listings of this nature would be blocked from receiving payments or bookings through Heallist.

You may, however, offer legal, non-substance-based support services such as:

  • Integration coaching for clients processing prior experiences

  • Educational or informational sessions about ancestral or traditional plant practices (without facilitation or sourcing)

  • Somatic, mindfulness, or spiritual healing sessions that do not involve controlled substances

If your offering is related to plant medicine education or integration and you’re unsure whether it qualifies, please contact our support team support@heallist.com before publishing your listing.

Important: Any attempt to bypass these restrictions, including indirect promotion or coded language implying the use or facilitation of controlled substances, may result in account suspension and removal from the platform.
