Can clients pay in cash for services?

Since we are an online booking platform, we are not able to process cash payments for services through Heallist. This policy is in place to protect both practitioners and clients from no-shows and last-minute cancellations. To ensure commitment, we charge the client's credit card 24 hours before the scheduled session time. This system helps maintain the integrity of appointments and ensures a smoother experience for both parties.
