Can I send Intake Forms to Clients?

Heallist will soon introduce Client Intake Forms & Automated Follow-Ups, making it easier for practitioners to collect client information and share important resources. This feature will allow healers to:

  • Automatically send intake forms after a client books a session.

  • Customize follow-up emails with info packets, preparation guidelines, or other resources.

  • Streamline onboarding by ensuring clients have everything they need before their session.

For now, you can use the built-in Messaging feature to send intake forms manually and receive completed forms back from clients.
