      How and When Is My Profile Published on Heallist?

      At Heallist, we aim to ensure your profile is available to your clients as soon as possible while maintaining the integrity and quality of our network. Below, we’ve outlined the steps and timelines for your profile’s publication.

      1. Your Unique Profile URL Is Live Immediately

      As soon as you create an account on Heallist, your unique profile URL is automatically generated and becomes live. This means you can share your profile with potential clients right away, even if it hasn’t yet been included in the Heallist Network.

      What you can do with your live URL:

      • Share it on your website, social media, or email.

      • Allow clients to view your services and make bookings.

      Your Unique URL Format: Your profile URL is based on the first and last name you provided during account creation, formatted as follows: https://app.heallist.com/p/firstname-lastname

      Please note: While your profile URL is active, network visibility requires additional approval (see below).

      2. Inclusion in the Heallist Network: Pending Approval

      To maintain a curated and professional network, all profiles go through an approval process before being listed in the Heallist Network. This process ensures profiles meet our community guidelines and showcase a professional and complete representation of your offerings.

      Steps for Network Approval:

      1. Profile Review: Our team reviews your profile to ensure it meets the required standards (e.g., accurate information, complete profile setup).

      2. Check Network Tab: While we do not send notifications upon approval, you can always check the Network tab to confirm whether your profile has been included in the Heallist Network.

      Common Tips to Speed Up Approval:

      • Ensure your profile includes a clear and professional photo.

      • Provide a bio, social media links and modalities you practice.

      • Add at least one service you provide.

      Timeline: Profile reviews typically take 1-3 business days. If additional information or adjustments are needed, we’ll reach out promptly.
