This article guides healers on how to change, cancel, or downgrade their subscription plan with Heallist.
If you wish to switch from the Empowered Plan to the free Essential Plan, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your Heallist account and go to the Billing section.
- Under Your Subscription Plan, select Manage Plan to view your options.
- You will be shown the Heallist Subscription Options pane, where you can make changes on your subscription plan and subscription payment frequency (i.e. monthly or annually).
- Select "Downgrade", and you will be redirected to the Stripe screen where you have to click Cancel Subscription and wait for confirmation screen. This will move you to the FREE Essential Plan. This also means that you will be charged a 10% booking fee on all your succeeding appointments. Make sure to review the complete feature list of our plans before finalizing changes.
Your downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For further clarification regarding changes on your plan, feel free to reach out via our Support Center.
