How do I cancel or downgrade my Empowered plan?

Before you cancel, here’s what changes. Your account moves to the Essential plan, and you lose:

  • Network visibility: your profile stays live, but it’s no longer guaranteed to appear in the Heallist network where wellness seekers search for practitioners
  • Premium features: gift cards, retreat hosting, the embedded booking widget, and your video intro
  • Fee-free bookings: a 10% booking fee applies to every session booked after your downgrade

If cost is the reason, consider switching to the annual plan instead. It’s the lowest price for keeping all your features.

To cancel:

  1. Log in and go to Billing.
  2. Under Your Subscription Plan, select Manage Plan.
  3. In the Subscription Options pane, you can change your plan or switch between monthly and annual billing.
  4. Select Downgrade. You’ll be taken to Stripe, where you click Cancel Subscription and wait for the confirmation screen.

Your downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep everything until then.
