Can I update my Stripe or PayPal account details in Heallist?

If you need to update your bank account details, payout settings, or personal information for your connected Stripe or PayPal account, please note that these updates must be made directly within your Stripe or PayPal dashboards — not inside Heallist.

Where to Update Your Payment Details

  • For Stripe, log in to your Stripe Dashboard to update your banking, payout, and account information. If you run into any issues managing your account details, contact Stripe Support for Stripe-related questions.

  • For PayPal, log in to your PayPal Account to manage your connected banks, cards, and payout preferences. If you run into any issues managing your account details, contact PayPal Support for PayPal-related questions.

Important Reminder:

Heallist does not store or manage your financial details. We securely connect to your Stripe or PayPal account for payment processing only. Any changes to your payout details, personal info, or account settings must be handled within your payment account directly.

How to Disconnect a Payment Account in Heallist

If you need to switch to a new Stripe or PayPal account, you can do this from your Heallist dashboard:

  1. Go to your Billing page.

  2. Click Disconnect next to your payment method.

  3. Once disconnected, reconnect a different Stripe or PayPal account by selecting Set up and following the on-screen prompts.

  4. Make sure to set a desired default processor by clicking Set as default, so you can accept future bookings.
