How much does the Heallist tool cost?

New practitioners join Heallist on the Empowered plan. It includes every feature on the platform and has no booking fees, so you keep the full amount of every session you book (minus the standard Stripe or PayPal processing fee).

  • Annual: $240/year

Already on the monthly plan? You can switch to annual at any time.

What about the Essential plan?

The Essential plan is no longer available for new sign-ups. If you joined Heallist on Essential before October 1, 2026, you keep your account, but you won’t have access to premium features like gift cards, retreat hosting, the embedded booking widget, or a video intro on your profile. A 10% booking fee also applies to every booked session. You can upgrade to Empowered anytime to unlock everything and stop paying booking fees.

What happens if I cancel Empowered?

If you cancel, your account moves to the Essential plan and you lose:

  • Network visibility: your profile stays live, but it’s no longer guaranteed to appear in the Heallist network where wellness seekers search for practitioners
  • Premium features: gift cards, retreat hosting, the embedded booking widget, your video intro and other features
  • Fee-free bookings: a 10% booking fee applies to every session booked from then on

If you’re thinking about canceling because of cost, switching to the annual plan is the cheaper option.

Transaction Fees for Stripe and PayPal on Heallist

When managing client payments through Heallist, transaction fees apply based on the payment processor you choose—Stripe or PayPal.

  • Stripe Fees
    Stripe charges a standard fee of 2.9% + 30¢ per successful transaction for online payments made via credit or debit card. Additional fees may apply for international payments or currency conversion.
  • PayPal Fees
    For U.S. transactions, PayPal charges 3.49% + 49¢ per transaction. International payments incur higher fees, depending on the country and currency.

Both Stripe and PayPal are secure, reliable payment processors, fully integrated into Heallist to help you efficiently manage your financial transactions. Please note, these fees are applied per transaction, and may vary based on the payment method or currency used.
