Heallist now supports client Reviews & Testimonials—a powerful way to build trust, showcase your impact, and grow your healing practice. This feature allows you to collect written feedback, display it on your profile, and manage reviews with full control.
What Clients Can Include in a Review
Each review can include:

A headline and written feedback

An optional photo or video upload

Their name (anonymous reviews are not supported, but names can be hidden)
Verified vs. Unverified Reviews
Reviews are labeled based on the reviewer’s connection to your practice:

Verified Reviews: Submitted by clients with a confirmed Heallist booking and verified email

Unverified Reviews: Submitted by someone who confirmed their email but does not have a matching booking

Testimonials: Reviews manually added by you (the practitioner)
Only Verified Reviews are marked as such and displayed at the top of your reviews list.

In a “View All Reviews” section accessible from your profile
You can hide any review you don’t want to display publicly.
How Reviews Are Collected
Automatically:
After every completed session, Heallist will email your client asking them to leave a review—no action needed from you.
Manually:
You can share your unique Reviews link anytime (your profile URL + /reviews) to invite anyone to write a review. This works for clients who booked outside of Heallist too.
How to Add Testimonials Yourself
Want to highlight kind words from past clients?

Go to your Reviews tab inside your Heallist dashboard

Click Add Testimonial

Enter the client’s name, headline, feedback, and optional media

Click Submit — the testimonial will appear on your profile immediately
Review Moderation & Privacy

You can hide any review from public view with one click

Clients need a Heallist account to submit a review (to verify their email and avoid spam)

No ratings (stars) are used—just stories and insights
-
All reviews require a full name, even if not displayed publicly
