How to block a user or report any spam messages
If you're receiving unwanted or inappropriate messages on Heallist, you can easily block the user or report them for spamming.
This feature helps you maintain a safe and supportive environment for your practice.
How to Block or Report a User
Follow these steps:

Go to your Connections in the Heallist app.

Select the user you wish to block or report by clicking on the Message button under their name. If you already have an existing thread with the user, you can go directly to the Messaging section by pressing the Message icon at the top right of the app.

Once inside the conversation thread, click the Block icon (three-dot menu or shield icon) located in the top-right corner of the screen.

Choose one of the following from the dropdown:

Block user – Prevents them from messaging you further. A confirmation shows at the bottom of the user's conversation thread once successfully blocked. Once blocked, the user will no longer be able to contact you.
The Unblock button can also be found at the bottom of the thread in case you change your mind.

Report spam – Flags the user’s behavior for review by the Heallist support team. This automatically blocks future messages from the user.
