How do subscription charges work, and how can a paid subscription be canceled?

A paid subscription remains active and continues to renew until cancellation is confirmed on the platform or by email. To stop future subscription charges, go to the Billing page, select Manage Plan, and then choose Cancel subscription.

  2. Select Manage Plan.
  3. Choose Cancel subscription.
  4. Confirm that the cancellation is completed.
Why am I still being charged after I thought I canceled?

Subscription billing continues until cancellation is confirmed. If a cancellation was not completed on the platform or confirmed by email, the subscription can remain active and renew automatically.

What should I check after canceling?

After canceling, check for confirmation email that the subscription was canceled or switched to the Essential plan. You can also verify whether the account still shows access to paid features or whether it is on the free plan. Visit your Billing page to see the current plan details.
