How to Change Your Profile Name and URL

You can update your profile display name and profile URL from your account settings. If you prefer not to be publicly listed, your profile can also be made not searchable so it remains accessible only by direct link.

1. Go to your Profile page.
2. Open the top-right menu and select Settings.
3. Update your display name to the format you want, such as:
   • a last-name initial
   • your business name
4. Click Save Changes.

1. Log in to your account and go to Settings.
2. Find the Change profile URL field.
3. Enter your new profile URL.
4. Use only:
   • letters
   • numbers
   • hyphens
5. Do not use spaces or special characters.
6. Click Save Changes.

What happens when I change my profile URL?

Your old profile link will automatically redirect to the new one, so links you have already shared will continue to work. Your details and services remain intact.

Can I make my profile not searchable?

Yes. Your profile can be made not searchable so it will:

• not appear in the Heallist Network
• not be bookable through the network
• remain accessible only through a direct link

You can request that your profile be made public again later.

It is recommended to change your profile link only when necessary, such as when rebranding or updating a business name. Frequent changes may temporarily affect search engine optimization.
