Managing your Tele-healing sessions.

At Heallist, we strive to provide a seamless experience for both practitioners and clients alike. Here are some essential tips for managing a tele-healing session effectively on our platform:

  1. Accessing Session Tele-Healing Link: Accessing your tele-healing session link is simple. Visit your Bookings page, where you'll find a list of scheduled appointments. Click on the specific appointment to open the detail screen, then click on "Join session". Depending on the preferences a practitioner has specified for this service, it will automatically open the native Heallist video solution or a Zoom window, providing a hassle-free start to your session.
  2. Recording Sessions: While Heallist's native platform does not support session recording, practitioners can integrate their own Zoom accounts for this purpose. By connecting their personal or business Zoom account, practitioners gain the flexibility to record sessions for reference or review with clients. Remember to communicate this option to clients beforehand and obtain their consent for recording.

  3. Start and End Times: Our native platform aligns the start and end times of video calls with scheduled appointments. For instance, if an appointment is scheduled from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the video call will automatically begin and end at those precise times. This streamlined approach ensures punctuality and clarity for both practitioners and clients.

    If a practitioner wishes to begin a session earlier to allow for a brief check-in with the client. In such cases, utilizing their own Zoom account enables practitioners to initiate the call ahead of the scheduled time. Similarly, if a session requires additional time beyond the scheduled end, practitioners can extend the call using their Zoom account, accommodating the client's needs more flexibly.

  4. Technical Support: While Heallist provides comprehensive support for our platform, technical issues specific to Zoom are best addressed by contacting Zoom's support team directly. This ensures prompt resolution and minimizes disruptions during your tele-healing session.

  5. Post-Session Follow-Up: After the session concludes, you can continue the conversation and share notes with your client directly through the Messaging tab on Heallist. This post-session engagement reinforces the relationship and supports clients in integrating the healing experience into their daily lives.
