When a client submits a booking request, you’ll receive an email notification. The request will also appear under the Pending tab on your Bookings page. After you confirm the booking, both you and your client will receive email notifications with the appointment details. The booking will then move to the Confirmed tab on your Bookings page.
Reminder Notifications
- For Clients: An email reminder is automatically sent to your client 24 hours before the session.
- For Healers: You will also receive an automated email reminder an hour before the session starts.
