Heallist allows practitioners to customize how they charge for services by choosing from a variety of Fee Type options. This gives you flexibility in how you price your offerings, whether you prefer free, fixed rates, donation-based sessions, or sliding scale pricing.
How to Set or Change the Fee Type for a Service
To update the Fee Type on an existing service:

Go to your Profile page.

Click Edit Service next to the service you want to update.

Scroll down to the Fee Type section.
- Once you’ve selected your desired Fee Type and entered the appropriate pricing details, click Save to apply your changes.
Available Fee Type Options

Fixed Fee
Set a specific, non-negotiable price for your service. -
Sliding Scale
Set a minimum and maximum price range, giving clients the option to choose a rate within that range based on their financial situation. -
By Donation
Let clients pay what they’re able to. Useful for community sessions, accessible wellness offerings, group classes, or contribution-based events. -
Free
Set the service cost to zero. Often used for discovery calls, intro talks, or complimentary consultations.
