Setting up Payments via Stripe Connect.

Heallist offers seamless integration with Stripe Connect, allowing practitioners to set up secure and convenient payment processing for their services. This support article will guide you through the process of setting up payments via Stripe Connect using a Stripe Express account directly within Heallist. Please note, clients won't be able to book your services until you complete this process. By following these steps, you can start accepting payments from your clients on Heallist efficiently and securely.

Step 1: Access the Billing Page on Heallist:

1. Log in to your Heallist practitioner account.
2. Navigate to the Billing page via the dropdown menu in the top right corner.

Step 2: Set Up Payments with Stripe Connect:

1. On the Billing page, look for the "Setup Payments" button. Click on it to initiate the payment setup process.
2. Follow the instructions on the screen to create a new Stripe Express account directly within Heallist.

Step 3: Provide Required Information:

1. During the setup process, you will be prompted to provide the necessary information to create your Stripe Express account. This includes your business details, banking information, and identity verification.
2. Follow the prompts and fill in the required fields accurately. Ensure that your banking information is correct to receive payments.

Step 4: Complete Stripe Connect Integration:

1. Once you have provided the required information, Heallist will handle the integration with Stripe Connect.
2. If the process is completed successfully, you will no longer see the Setup Payments button on your Billing page. You will also start seeing the list of Payouts, pulled directly from your Stripe account into the Billing page. Your Service pages will now become bookable.

Login to your Stripe Express account:

You can always access your Stripe Express account via your Billing or by logging in directly via https://connect.stripe.com/express_login
