      Setting up Payments via Paypal Business.

      Heallist offers seamless integration with Paypal Business, allowing practitioners to set up secure and convenient payment processing for their services. This support article will guide you through the process of setting up payments via Paypal using a Paypal Business account directly within Heallist. Please note, clients won't be able to book your services until you complete this process. By following these steps, you can start accepting payments from your clients on Heallist efficiently and securely.

      Step 1: Access the Billing Page on Heallist:

      1. Log in to your Heallist practitioner account.
      2. Navigate to the Billing page via the drop down menu in the top right corner.

      Step 2: Set Up Payments with Paypal:

      1. On the Billing page, look for the "Set up" button. Click on it to initiate the payment setup process.
      2. Follow the instructions on the screen to create a new Paypal Business account directly within Heallist.

      Step 3: Provide Required Information:

      1. During the setup process, you will be prompted to provide the necessary information to create your Paypal Business account. This includes your business details, banking information, and identity verification.
      2. Follow the prompts and fill in the required fields accurately. Ensure that your banking information is correct to receive payments.

      Step 4: Complete your Paypal Integration:

      1. Once you have provided the required information, Heallist will handle the integration with Paypal.
      2. If the process is completed successfully, the Setup button on your Billing page would have been replaced with a Disconnect button. You should also start seeing the list of Payouts, pulled directly from your Paypal account into the Billing page. Your Service pages will now become bookable.

      You can always access your Paypal account via your Billing or by logging in directly via https://www.paypal.com/mep/dashboard
