Sharing your Practitioner profile with clients.

As a holistic practitioner, it's crucial to make your services easily accessible to potential clients. One effective way to do this is by sharing your practitioner profile page through various channels. In this support article, we will guide you through the process of sharing your profile page with potential clients using the Share button, which provides direct links or buttons to share on popular social media platforms like X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn or to your email list. 

Step 1: Locate the Share Button:

1. Access your practitioner Profile page on the Heallist platform.
2. Look for the Share button, usually represented by an icon with an arrow pointing outward or the word "Share." It is typically located near your profile information or in the header area.

Step 2: Direct Link Sharing:

1. Click on the Share button to reveal sharing options.
2. Look for the "Copy Link" or similar option. Click on it to copy the direct link to your profile page. It would typically be https://app.heallist.com/p/firstname-lastname

Step 3: Sharing on Social Media Platforms:

1. Click on the Share button to reveal sharing options.

2. Look for social media platform icons, such as X, Facebook, or LinkedIn.

3. Choose the desired method / platform to share your Profile page.

   a. X (previously Twitter): Click on the Twitter icon/button to share your profile page on Twitter. You may have the opportunity to add a personalized message to accompany the shared link.

   b. Facebook: Click on the Facebook icon/button to share your profile page on Facebook. You may have the option to add a comment or message along with the shared link.

   c. LinkedIn: Click on the LinkedIn icon/button to share your profile page on LinkedIn. You may have the option to include a comment or message when sharing the link.

   d. Email: Choose this option if you'd like to instantly create an email that shares your Profile page to potential clients. 

Step 4: Invite Existing Clients via Email List

If you already have a list of clients you work with outside Heallist, you can invite them directly to the platform using the Invite your clients feature.

1. Go to Connections → My Clients and select Invite clients.
2. Add your clients' email addresses (up to 10 at a time, 100 total).
3. Personalize the invitation email before sending — it will invite them to view your profile or a specific service.

Each invite link is unique to that client and carries your referral code, so any booking they make is automatically linked to you. Track invite status anytime from your My Clients page.

Note: This feature is meant for real, existing clients only — not cold contacts or a general mailing list.

Step 5: Share and Connect with Potential Clients:

1. Once you have chosen the sharing option (direct link or social media platform), click on the respective button to share your profile page link.
2. Your profile page will now be visible to potential clients, either through the direct link or on the selected social media platform.
