      Transmissions: Personalized Video or Audio Messages

      Welcome to Heallist's Transmissions, a powerful new feature that allows practitioners to create personalized video or audio messages tailored to their clients' specific needs. These messages can be downloaded digitally, providing clients with a convenient and engaging way to receive guidance, support, and insights.

      Key Features

      • Personalized Content: Practitioners can customize each message based on individual client requests, ensuring relevance and personal connection.
      • Multi-Format Options: Choose between video or audio formats to best suit your style.
      • Digital Download: Clients can easily download and save the messages, allowing them to revisit the content whenever needed.

      How It Works

      1. Add Transmissions to Your Profile:

        • Transmissions are offered as a service type and can be set up directly from your Heallist profile.

      2. Clients Request a Transmission:

        • Clients specify recipient name and choose their focus area: health, relationships, family, career, or personal growth.
        • They select the format of the transmission, such as affirmations, intentions, healing sessions, coaching, meditations, advice, or readings.
        • Clients specify desired deadline: 3, 5 or 7 days.

      3. Create and Upload the Transmission:

        • Healers record a personalized video or audio message addressing the client’s request.
        • Upload the transmission to the platform, where the client can access it anytime to use as a tool for healing and transformation.

      How to Set Up Your Transmissions Sample

      1. Log into your Heallist account.
      2. Click on the "+ Add Service" button and select Transmissions.
      3. Add the details of your transmission: 
        1. Specify the format. You can choose from: Advice, Affirmation, Coaching, Healing, Intention, Meditation, or Reading
        2. Indicate a catchy title, along with a description of your transmission.
        3. Set the price for your transmissions and attach up to 5 sample videos or audio recordings. Click the Save button once you're ready to post, or Save as Draft if you wish to keep it for later. 

      How to Upload a Transmission

      Once you recorded a personalized transmission, you can easily upload your response directly to the Heallist platform. Here’s how to do it:

      1. Log in to Your Heallist Account: Access your Bookings page to view the client's request. You will see an Upload File button next to the booking name.

      2. Upload Your File:

        • Click on the Upload File button.
        • Select the file from your device.
        • Ensure your file meets the following specifications:
          • Format: Video or audio.
          • Orientation: Vertical is recommended, but horizontal is also accepted.
          • Duration: Up to 15 minutes.
          • File Type and Size: MP4, MOV, or MP3; Maximum of 10GB.
        • Once the file is uploaded, it will be sent to the client for viewing and download. The file is available for download during the next 30 days.

      Email Notifications for Both Sides

      Both you and your client will receive email notifications: 

      • When the client selects their deadline (3 days, 5 days, or 7 days) and submits their request, you will receive an email for a "New booking request" followed by the deadline to send your file.
      • Once you confirmed the request, an email notification will be sent to the client to wait for the transmission recording. 
      • When you upload the completed transmission, your client will receive a notification email that their personalized transmission is ready. 

      Understanding Deadlines

      When clients request a transmission, they have the option to select a preferred deadline: 

      • 3 days 
      • 5 days
      • 7 days 

      Make sure to review this timeline in the request details and plan your upload accordingly. Delivering on time is key to creating a positive client experience.
