What Are Client Journals?
Client Journals give clients a secure way to reflect on their healing journey between sessions. They can write updates, capture insights, and attach images to track progress over time. Journals are connected to specific sessions, helping both clients and practitioners see patterns and growth.
Clients decide whether to keep an entry private or share it with their practitioner. Practitioners only see shared entries.
