The Heallist Messaging system allows practitioners to share important resources, session materials, and supporting documents with their clients. To ensure smooth communication, Heallist supports a variety of file types while maintaining a 10MB file size limit per upload.
Supported File Types:
- Images: PNG, JPG, GIF
- Videos: MOV, MP4
- Documents: PDF, XLS, XLSX
File Size Limitations:
- Each file uploaded must not exceed 10MB in size.
- If your file is too large, consider compressing it or sharing a link to a cloud-based storage service (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).
How to Send Files via the Messaging System:
- Open the Heallist Messaging system in your account.
- Select the client you wish to send the file to.
- Click the attachment (paperclip) icon in the chat window.
- Choose the file from your device and upload it.
- Once uploaded, click Send to share the file with your client.
This feature makes it easy to share session notes, worksheets, videos, and other valuable materials with your clients while keeping all communication within the Heallist platform.
