I recently changed / switched my payment account. When and where will I receive my funds?

For changes in payment processor

If you change your connected payment processor (from PayPal to Stripe or vice versa), it’s important to note that any existing bookings will still be processed through the payment method that was active at the time of the transaction.

Here’s how it works:

  • Heallist charges the client 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • The payment is processed using whichever payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) was connected to your account at that time.

  • After the session is completed, funds are held for 72 hours for processing.

  • Once the hold period ends, the payment is released to your original payment account (Stripe or PayPal), based on their standard payout schedule and terms.

This means if a client booked while Stripe was active, but you later switched to PayPal, that particular payment will still be sent to your Stripe account. 

You can always view upcoming payouts directly in your Stripe or PayPal dashboard. If you’re unsure which processor applies to a specific booking, feel free to reach out to us via the Support Center and we’ll help you check!
