how to fix email notifications when not receiving emails from Heallist
Heallist automatically sends email notifications to both clients and practitioners for important updates. These include:

New messages from clients or healers

Booking confirmations and reminders

Connection requests
-
Marketing announcements or platform updates
If you're not receiving emails from Heallist, they may be going to your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder, or being blocked by your email provider.
Step 1: Add noreply@heallist.com to Your Safe Senders List
To ensure you receive all Heallist notifications in your inbox, add noreply@heallist.com to your email contacts or safe sender list. Here's how:
For Gmail Users

Open your Gmail account.

In the Search Mail bar, type
noreply@heallist.comand hit enter. -
If you see any Heallist emails in your Spam or Promotions tab, move them to your Primary Inbox.

Open one of the emails and click the three-dot icon in the top right.

Select “Add [noreply@heallist.com] to Contacts list.”
For Outlook Users

Go to your Outlook inbox.

Click on the Settings (gear icon) > View all Outlook settings.

Navigate to Mail > Junk email.

Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

Enter:
noreply@heallist.comand click Save.
For Apple Mail (iCloud)

Log in to your iCloud email account.

Check Spam or Junk folders for Heallist emails.

Step 2: Check Your Email Filters or Rules
