Reasons behind appointment cancellations and how users are notified
There are a few possible reasons why your appointment was cancelled:

Payment Issue: If the client's payment didn’t go through, our system automatically cancels the appointment. We attempt to charge the provided credit card 24 hours before the session, and if the funds aren’t available, the appointment is canceled to protect practitioners from client fraud and no-shows.

Client Cancellation or Rescheduling: Clients can cancel their sessions up to 24 hours before the start time without penalty. Last-minute cancellations are charged 100% of the session fee. If the client rescheduled, you can accept the new time or propose an alternative.
In either case, you will receive a notification via your registered email confirming the cancellation reason. You can also use our Messaging system to coordinate with your client and confirm if they need to schedule a new appointment.
