If you prefer to host virtual sessions on your own platform — like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or any other app — Heallist now makes it easy to include your custom meeting link with your service listings.
This feature is ideal for practitioners who already have a preferred communication tool or prefer not to connect their Zoom account directly to Heallist. It also gives you the flexibility to manage sessions through your existing platforms while keeping your services visible and bookable on Heallist.
How to Add an External Call Link
Follow these simple steps to link your preferred virtual meeting platform to your service:

Go to your Profile page.

Click Add Service or Edit an existing listing.

Scroll down to the Location and Platform section.

Select “Virtual – Other (manual link)” from the dropdown menu.

Paste your external meeting link (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) into the designated field.

Click Save or Publish to update your service details.
