Heallist's cancellation policy.

Clients have the option to cancel their bookings and receive a full refund if they do so at least 24 hours before the session starts. However, if a cancellation is made after this time, clients will be charged the full amount. In the event that a healer decides to provide a refund for a cancellation made outside of this window, a healer can request it on behalf of a client by filling out a support form. On the other hand, if the healer cancels the session less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to start, the client will be fully reimbursed.
