How to Set or Update the Location and Platform Used in your Service

selecting the right location and platform to use for your upcoming or existing service

When adding or updating a service on Heallist, you can easily choose where and how your sessions will take place — whether virtually or in person. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you set or update the Location and Platform for your services.

For 1:1 sessions: 

  1. Go to your Profile page.
  2. For new services, click on the "+ Add service" button. For existing services, click on the three-dot menu next to the service you want to update and choose Edit.
  3. Under the Location and Platform section, choose between these selections and their corresponding links to guide you: 
      - Virtual - Heallist (built-in)
      - Virtual - Zoom 
      - Virtual - Phone 
      - Virtual - Other (manual link)
      - In-person

    NOTE: Your phone number or Zoom / Google Meet link will not be displayed on the service page. In-person location/ address will be.

  4. Once you’ve selected your preferred Location and entered the rest of the details, click on Next until you can Publish or Save to apply your changes.

For Group Classes and Workshops:

  1. Go to your Profile page.
  2. For new services, click on the "+ Add service" button. For existing services, click on the three-dot menu next to the service you want to update and choose Edit.
  3. On the Location field, choose between Virtual and In-person.  
     - Virtual: Select between Heallist (built in video calling app) and Zoom. 
     - In-person: Type in the full address of the venue.
  4. Once you’ve selected your preferred Location and entered the rest of the details, click on Next until you can Publish or Save to apply your changes.
