As a holistic practitioner, it's essential to make it easy for potential clients to book your services. You can always share your main Profile Page, however, in certain cases sharing the Service Booking Page could be a more effective way to promote a specific service. In this support article, we will guide you through the process of sharing your Service Booking Page using the Share button, which provides a direct link that can be shared anywhere or buttons to share on popular social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Step 1: Locate the Share Button:
- Access your specific Service Booking Page from your main Heallist profile page/ Services menu that's under the profile header.
- Look for the Share button, typically represented by an icon with an arrow pointing outward or the word "Share." It is usually located in the header area.
Step 2: Direct Link Sharing:
- Click on the Share button to reveal sharing options.
- Look for the "Copy Link" or similar option. Click on it to copy the direct link to your specific Service Booking Page. It will typically look like https://app.heallist.com/p/firstname-lastname/s/service-name
Step 3: Sharing on Social Media Platforms:

a. X (Twitter): Click on the Twitter icon/button to share your Service Booking Page on Twitter. You may have the opportunity to add a personalized message to accompany the shared link.
b. Facebook: Click on the Facebook icon/button to share your Service Booking Page on Facebook. You may have the option to add a comment or message along with the shared link.
c. LinkedIn: Click on the LinkedIn icon/button to share your Service Booking Page on LinkedIn. You may have the option to include a comment or message when sharing the link.
d. Embed: This feature is available to Empowered users - you can copy the embed code and paste this to your website.
Step 4: Invite Existing Clients via Email List
If you already have a list of clients you work with outside Heallist, you can invite them directly to book this specific service using the Invite your clients feature.
- Go to Connections → My Clients and select Invite clients.
- Add your clients' email addresses (up to 10 at a time, 100 total).
- Personalize the invitation email — you can direct it to the specific service booking page or your Heallist profile.
Each invite link is unique to that client and carries your referral code, so any booking made from it is automatically linked to you. Track invite status anytime from your My Clients page.
