When does my client get charged for the session?

 

At Heallist, we aim to ensure mutual commitment between practitioners and clients. To provide a seamless experience, we charge the client's credit card 24 hours before the scheduled session time. This approach helps protect both parties from last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

To further ensure the validity of the booking, we check the client's funds at the time of scheduling. However, the actual charge will not occur until 24 hours before the session.
