Can I Use Google Meet or Another Platform for My Virtual Sessions?
Yes — Heallist now offers multiple ways for you to connect with your clients, whether you prefer video calls, phone sessions, or in-person appointments.
In addition to our built-in virtual session platform (Agora) and direct Zoom integration, you can now link your services to external video call platforms like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype, or any other platform you already use and trust.
Available Session Options on Heallist
When setting up your services, you can choose from these five session types:

In Person
Meet clients at your physical location. -
Virtual – Heallist Built-in (Agora)
Host secure, built-in video sessions directly through the Heallist platform. -
Virtual – Zoom
Use your connected Zoom account for client sessions. -
Virtual – Other (Manual Link)
Paste a custom link to any external platform (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype, etc.). The link will be shared with your client after they book. -
Virtual – Phone
Add your phone number for voice-only sessions. Your number stays private and is only sent to clients after booking confirmation.
How to Use an External Call Link
To connect your service with an external platform like Google Meet:

Go to your Profile page.

Click Add Service or Edit Service on an existing listing.

Scroll down to the Location and Platform section.

Select “Virtual – Other (manual link)” from the dropdown.

Paste your Google Meet, Teams, or other platform link into the provided field.

Click Save to update your service.
When a client books, they’ll automatically receive the link in their appointment details.
Note: Heallist does not host external calls, so you’ll continue managing the session on your chosen platform while handling scheduling and payments through your Heallist profile.
