Here’s How Heallist Manages Your Bookings

1. Service Listings and Availability
When you create or edit a service on your Heallist profile, you can set your session details, pricing, availability, and preferred platform (in-person, Heallist built-in, Zoom, add a manual meeting link, or via phone call).

2. Booking Confirmation and Management
When a client books a session:

  • The appointment is automatically added to your Bookings page.

  • You receive an email notification and an in-app notification sound and badge confirming the new booking.

  • Clients receive a booking confirmation email with session details.

3. Zoom Integration (for Virtual Sessions)
If you’ve connected your Zoom account:

  • A Zoom meeting link is automatically generated when a client books a virtual Zoom service.

  • The Zoom link is added to the session details for both you and the client.

  • Your bookings automatically appear on your connected Google Calendar.
